Privacy policy

This policy explains how Breadcrumb Marketing handles personal data collected through this website. It is written to meet UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who is responsible for your data

Breadcrumb Marketing, founded by AJ Carter, is the data controller. Contact details for data questions have not been finalised for publication yet, so please use the contact form in the meantime.

What we collect

  • Enquiry form: your name, email address, role or business, website or profile link, what you would like help with, an optional budget range and how you heard about us.
  • Early access form: your name (optional) and email address.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you and to assess whether a project is a good fit. Early access details are used to tell you when the self-guided experience is available. Both rely on your consent, given by ticking the box on the relevant form.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a working relationship begins, in which case records are kept as long as needed for that work and for legal and accounting purposes. Early access details are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is closed.

Who can see it

Only AJ Carter and anyone directly supporting her work. Form submissions are stored securely with our hosting and database provider, acting as a processor on our behalf. We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent, or object to how it is used. Ask through the contact form and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

This website uses only the essential cookies needed for it to work. See the cookie policy for detail.
